The Bylaws deal with the more permanent and general governing structure of the Corporation.

The Operations Manual provides specific procedures of the day-to-day workings and functions of the Corporation. It is intended to clearly guide the Board of Directors, Officers and the General Membership on how to perform their jobs correctly and efficiently.

Member Conduct Policy
This policy applies to all persons participating in any SLO Skiers, Inc. activity. It is intended to maximize the enjoyment for all participants and to provide guidelines for the SLO Skiers, Inc. Board of Directors and their designated agents. All participants are requested to observe common courtesy and generally accepted standards of social and moral behavior.
In accordance with Federal and State laws, SLO Skiers, Inc. will enforce a “Zero Tolerance Policy” on illegal drug use at any SLO Skiers, Inc. sponsored activity.
Alcohol and tobacco use are allowed in moderation and where permitted by law.
Harassment will not be tolerated, whether it be sexual harassment or harassment based on race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, age or any other basis made unlawful by any applicable law or ordinance or regulation. Prohibited harassment in any form, including verbal, physical and visual conduct, threats, demands, and retaliation is unlawful and will not be tolerated.
Public displays of anger, profanity, intoxication, obnoxiousness or any other behavior that is out of line with common courtesy will not be tolerated.
Trip participants agree not to transfer, resell or barter all or portions of any trip package.
The SLO Skiers Inc. Board of Directors and their designated agents reserve the right to ask participants to refrain from the offending behavior as stated above. Violations of this policy may result in sanctions including removal from the sponsored activity, exclusion from future SLO Skiers Inc. activities and possible expulsion from the Club as reflected in the SLO Skiers Inc. bylaws.
