If you fall one month behind on your payments, we reserve the right to return your money and fill the vacancy from out waiting list.
Partial deposits are not accepted.
You MUST be a paid member to sign up for this trip.
If you sign up without being a current member your deposit will be returned.
Cancellations
On or before October 1st 2025 - You will lose $100
Between October 2nd and November 15th - You will lose $300
Between November 16th and January 13th - You will lose $600
After January 14th - You will not be entitled to any refund
